Preferred Property Types
Stabilized neighborhood or community centers anchored by best-in-class grocers and other national retailers. These stabilized properties will have high barriers to entry and demographic profiles that meet or exceed the MSA averages. Additionally, Regency looks to acquire centers that offer the potential to enhance property revenue through expansion, remerchandising, or redevelopment.

Size
Prefer larger transactions -- no maximum dollar amount. Typical minimum transaction size is $10,000,000.

Location
Regency seeks to acquire centers located in Major Metropolitan Areas throughout the United States.
