Nate has 13 years of experience spanning leasing, asset management, redevelopment, and managerial leadership, starting with Caruso Affiliated in Los Angeles, where he was the GM of nine assets including The Grove and The Americana at Brand. Nate worked at Westfield for five years, and most recently at Kilroy Realty as Vice President of their retail division, where he managed all aspects of the retail platform and coordinated efforts in the mixed-use environment.
 
Nate grew up in Fresno, CA and attended USC where he pitched for the Trojans baseball team. He received his MBA from Pepperdine University. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing, watching college football and BBQ.
