Matt Lee is Vice President of Information Technology with Regency Centers.


Matt is responsible for the day-to-day leadership in how Regency’s employees utilize technology. He ensures support processes, end-user computing, connectivity, and systems are safe and running as seamlessly as possible.

Since starting as an IT professional in 2005, his experience with technology administration, management, and leadership has grown. Previously, Matt was a manager for business-critical applications and IS department operations at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. He led a team and was responsible for the day-to-day operations, strategy, and planning in the Americas.

Before Trelleborg, Matt was a Consulting Manager with RealFoundations for nine years, leading and completing numerous projects. His consulting work included working with public REITs and institutional investors to advance technology such as JDE EnterpriseOne, Argus Enterprise, A/P workflow, CRM, and document management platforms.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in Electrical Engineering Technology. He is an advocate of USA Cares, a national non-profit organization assisting veterans and military families facing hardships related to service.

Matt also enjoys bike rides with his wife and two children, swimming, and taking on home improvement projects.
