We help anchor merchants create and execute a store expansion strategy, within our assigned geographic territory, by performing:

Stein Mart is the finest, upscale, off-price specialty store in America. Their 260+ stores offer the merchandise, service and presentation of traditional, better department or specialty stores, at prices competitive with off-price chains. Stein Mart's focused assortment of merchandise features moderate to designer brand-name apparel for women and men, as well as accessories, gifts, linens and shoes.
Stein Mart is continuing to grow and add new stores on a highly selective basis in upscale shopping centers in very affluent markets.

Real Estate Preferences

  • MSAs of 300,000+ people, with at least 150,000 people within a 5-mile radius
  • High average household incomes ($80,000+), education levels and home prices
  • 30,000 to 32,000 SF stores (minimum 158' frontage)
  • High-end, specialty, grocery-anchored neighborhood centers
  • Community / Lifestyle centers
  • Favored co-tenants: higher-end grocers, great bookstores, Target, "lifestyle" shops, sporting goods stores, drug stores, home goods stores and upscale restaurants

Real Estate Preferences

  • Markets with 200,000+ people within a 20 minute drive time, with a large number of college-educated, high income residents.
  • 25,000-50,000 SF stores, with abundant parking for their exclusive use.
  • Stand-alone sites preferred, will consider neighborhood or small community centers with synergistic co-tenants.
  • High traffic area (foot and/or vehicle), with easy access from roadways/lighted intersection, and must offer excellent visibility from the street.

Area of Representation

  • North and Central Florida, South and Central Alabama, NC Triad, Virginia (except DC MSA), Kentucky and West Virginia

Costco Wholesale

Costco Wholesale operates an international chain of membership warehouses that carry quality, nationally branded and selected private label merchandise at substantially lower prices than are typically found at conventional wholesale or retail sources.

Real Estate Preferences

  • New markets with populations of 200,000+ people as well as infill locations in existing Costco markets
  • Optimal site size is 16 acres. Depending on configuration and location, this will accommodate a 160,000 SF building with 850 parking stalls and a fueling station.
  • Stand-alone sites and/or shopping center settings


Area of Representation

  • Northeast Florida and across the panhandle
