Paul Maxwell is Vice President of Investments for Regency Centers.
Paul is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and structuring profitable retail development opportunities throughout the state of Florida. He also oversees a portfolio of 10 operating properties totaling more than one million square feet, in the South Florida market.
Paul joined Regency in 2006 as Vice President of Investments in Regency’s Jacksonville FL, office where he helped acquire development opportunities, land acquisitions, secure anchor tenants and lease space throughout Florida. He assumed the role of Regional Officer in 2010 and relocated to Regency’s Palm Beach Gardens office in 2015.
Before Regency, Paul served as a Senior Regional Real Estate Manager with Target Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for new store site selection, contract negations, senior management approvals, entitlements, and construction of over 50 Target stores throughout the state of Florida. Previously, Paul was Director of Real Estate for Buttrey Food and Drug, a regional grocery chain headquartered in Great Falls, MT. He has accumulated more than 22 years of experience in commercial retail development.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of Montana.
Paul enjoys spending free time with his family and friends outdoors, on the water, golf course, or autumn fields.
