Pete joined Regency in 1999 as Senior Project Manager through the merger with Pacific Retail Trust. He became Vice President of Investments in 2001 and was appointed Senior Vice President in 2007. Throughout his career, Pete has led or been involved with the development or redevelopment of 11 centers, totaling about 2.8 million square feet. Managing these projects, he has built extensive experience in identifying, structuring, and managing development and redevelopment opportunities.
Previously, Pete worked for his family’s land development company in Northern California, entitling residential and retail development projects. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Pete earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics and business from Westmont College and a Master of Science in real estate development and finance from Golden Gate University.
He enjoys playing tennis and basketball, as well as coaching his son’s basketball and baseball teams.
