Kurt is responsible for the leasing, operations, and asset management of 23 shopping centers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Throughout his career, he has worked with people to grow their careers and develop teams that deliver results.

Before joining Regency, Kurt was a Vice President of Leasing and Regional for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and the Los Angeles flagship properties of Century City, Topanga, The Village, and Culver City. He was also a Senior Vice President of Leasing, West Region for Rouse Properties, and a Senior General Manager for Westfield.

Kurt received his Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance from Pepperdine University. He gives back through volunteering for Habit for Humanity, the Seattle Humane Society, and the Planning Commission.

He enjoys spending time with his family, playing outdoors, and traveling.
