This Privacy Policy sets out the privacy practices of (the “Website’) which is owned by Regency Centers Corporation (“Regency”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect at and through our Website. It summarizes the types of information that Regency gathers and how that information is used while you are using our Website. Tenants may have access to online payment options at Regency’s rent payment center. The privacy practice relating to Regency’s rent payment center is available on the rent payment site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information you may provide to Regency or that Regency may collect offline and/or through other means such as a through mail, phone or personal conversation.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully. We may from time to time update our policy, so please check back and review our policy frequently. When revised the Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website and updated the “Last Update” date to reflect the date of the changes. Information Collection & Use

Regency collects personally identifiable information from our users through various means.


In the Tenant Services section of our Site, tenants can pay rent, report center operational issues, report sales, update insurance and contact information in connection with your Lease. The information submitted may contain personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address and telephone number. Information that you submit will be used to provide services to you and/or used by Regency is permitted under your Lease and applicable law. We may also use this information to contact you if we have questions regarding the information submitted or your Lease.

Tenants may be able make rent payment at our Payment Center. Our Payment Center is managed and operated by one of our third party service providers. The collection, use and sharing of personal information, including bank account information, is governed by the privacy policy provided on the Payment Center site.


In the Investors section of our Site, users can request information -and set Email notifications. As such, users are required to submit personally identifiable information such as your name, telephone, email address and mailing address. This investor portion of the Site is currently managed and operated by a third party service provider for Regency identified at the bottom of the main Investors ("IR Provider"). We and/or the IR Provider use this information to provide the information requested. From time to time we send emails to individuals and companies that may be interested in doing business with Regency. For example, we may send emails identifying property for sale or lease by Regency. Some of our emails automatically collect the recipient’s email address so we can track who has read the emails. The emails may also give the recipient the ability to provide us with more detailed contact information if the recipient desires to receive additional information from us. We will handle and use any personally identifiable information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. As required by law, we allow recipients to opt-out from receiving commercial emails from us in the future.

Information Collected Automatically

We gather certain information automatically when you use our Site. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, and pages viewed. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. The information above is collected primarily through our use of Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the Site.
