Snowden Leftwich is Senior Vice President and Senior Market Officer for Regency Centers.
Snowden oversees the leasing and operations of 24 shopping centers in Arizona and Colorado, as well as the development and acquisitions of new projects and the sale of land inventory in the central U.S.
Snowden joined Regency in 2001 where he has successfully managed 20 redevelopment projects for the company, bringing his career total to 30 developments.
Prior to Regency, Snowden held various roles within real estate, including Director of Marketing for a $500 million land portfolio with Basic Capital Management of Dallas and asset management with Southwest Savings Association. He was also a real estate broker in Texas with McCaslin Properties, Swearingen and Brosseau Company.
Snowden attended the University of Texas where he majored in petroleum land management. He and his wife, Susan, enjoy hiking, fishing, football and the outdoors with their three children. Snowden and Susan are active in several charities, including Young Life and their local United Way chapter as Tocqueville Society members.
