Terah Devereaux is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer for Regency Centers.


Her primary responsibilities include overseeing accounting processes and controls for all accounting and lease administration functions, managing the consolidation and preparation of all SEC and GAAP reporting requirements, and working with internal and external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual financial audits.

Terah joined Regency in 2005 as Senior Manager of Joint Venture Reporting, where she was primarily responsible for reviewing quarterly reports and monthly calculations of excess cash flow distribution to partners.

In 2010, she became Vice President of Financial Services, responsible for overseeing the underwriting and operational analysis, reporting, and forecasting teams for the Central region.

She became Vice President of Real Estate Accounting in 2013 and assumed her current role of Senior Vice President of Accounting and Reporting in 2021.

Before Regency, Terah served as an Audit Manager at KPMG in Jacksonville. She is a certified public accountant in Florida with 20+ years of accounting experience.

Terah earned a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting at the University of North Florida. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
