Terah Devereaux is Vice President of Real Estate Accounting and SEC Reporting for Regency Centers.
Bio
Her primary responsibilities include overseeing accounting processes and controls for all property accounting and lease administration functions, managing the consolidation and preparation of all SEC and GAAP reporting requirements and working with internal and external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual financial audits.
Terah joined Regency in 2005 as Senior Manager of Joint Venture Reporting, where she was primarily responsible for reviewing quarterly reports and monthly calculations of excess cash flow distribution to partners.
She became Vice President of Financial Services in 2010 with the responsibility of overseeing the underwriting and operational analysis, reporting, and forecasting teams for the Central region.
In 2013, she assumed her current role as Vice President of Real Estate Accounting and SEC Reporting.
Before Regency, Terah served as an Audit Manager at KPMG in Jacksonville. She is a certified public accountant in Florida, with 18+ years of accounting experience.
Terah earned a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting at the University of North Florida. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
