John Nahas is Vice President of Investments for Regency Centers.
John is responsible for identifying, evaluating and structuring profitable retail development opportunities throughout Southern California, and also manages the Los Angeles-based development team.
John first joined Regency as Investment Manager in 2012 and has been involved in multiple projects in Southern California including the redevelopment of Westlake Plaza and the development and disposition of Juanita Tate Marketplace. John has more than 12 years of experience acquiring and developing residential product and retail shopping centers.
Previously, he served as Development Manager at Heyday Development Corp., where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of infill residential communities in the Los Angeles market.
John earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
His interests include playing soccer, snow skiing, scuba diving and traveling with his wife.
