Eddie oversees the in-house leasing function for the West Region. Previously, Eddie served as Associate General Counsel.
 
Before joining Regency Centers, Eddie served as in-house counsel for Jade Enterprises, a privately owned real estate development and management company, and as an associate for Latham & Watkins LLP.

He earned a B.A. in History from the University of California, Irvine, graduating magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctorate from UC Law, San Francisco, also graduating magna cum laude.

Eddie is an active member of the California Bar and ICSC.

Outside the office, Eddie enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering and fundraising for several youth and student-led performing arts organizations. He enjoys cooking and watching all of the Los Angeles sports teams with his wife and three daughters.
