Seth oversees the sourcing and execution of ground-up grocery-anchored developments and redevelopment projects in Florida.

Seth has been in commercial real estate since 2002. Before joining Regency, he worked in residential and mixed-use community development, then transitioned to focus on leasing and investment sales across various asset classes as a commercial broker. Since 2016, Seth has focused on ground-up development in both single-tenant and multitenant projects. His development expertise encompasses high-volume programmatic development across a broad geography in retail and specialty facilities, including medical, higher education, and life sciences.

Seth earned his Bachelor’s degree in Design/Architecture and later a Master’s degree in Building Construction at the University of Florida.

Outside of the office, Seth is an active member of ICSC, ULI, and Leadership Florida, and holds a Florida real estate broker's license. He also gives back as a Coaches Honor Board Member.

His hobbies include rock and roll electric guitar, painting, hiking, and spending time with his wife and three children.
