Barry oversees the company’s acquisitions and dispositions strategy.
Barry began his career with Regency in 1996 as an analyst. He became Vice President of Transactions in 2003 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2007. He has managed the acquisition of more than $5 billion of properties since 2001, including the 100-property First Washington portfolio in 2005. Plus, his team has closed on nearly $3 billion in property sales since 2001.
Previously, Barry worked as an analyst for Chase Manhattan Mortgage. He serves on the board of directors for Downtown Vision, Inc., the nonprofit Downtown Improvement District committed to building a healthy and vibrant community in downtown Jacksonville.
Barry received his Bachelor of Science in finance with a minor in accounting from The Florida State University. An avid supporter of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Barry also enjoys spending time with his wife, Becky, and their daughter, especially traveling and playing tennis as a family.
