Stephanie joined Regency in 2002 as leasing counsel to handle document review and analysis, legal drafting and negotiation of leases and lease-related documentation. She also serves as Assistant Secretary. In 2011, Stephanie was a recipient of the company’s Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award recognizing a commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and leadership. Before Regency, she served as an associate with the international firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, practicing in the area of commercial real estate.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is also a board member for the Jacksonville Women’s Leadership Forum.

Stephanie enjoys outdoor activities with her daughter and Gator football.
