In her role, Jamie directs the design, development, and implementation of Regency's human resources programs to support the Company's strategic objectives.

She has been with Regency since 2003 and has extensive experience in all facets of human resources while specializing in executive compensation, performance management, total rewards design, and equity plan administration. Originally from Pittsburgh, Jamie worked in executive compensation and consulting before joining Regency.

Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Minor in Economics from Allegheny College.

Outside the office, she is Vice President of Jacksonville Women's Leadership Forum, a member of Wolfson Children's Hospital Development Council, and PTO for Landrum Middle School and Ponte Vedra High School.    

Jamie spends her free time shuttling kids around for their sports; boys' football, girls' flag football, and basketball. She enjoys traveling with her family and loves all Pittsburgh sports teams.
